The Social Media Committee works under the leadership of our National Outreach Chair to ensure the presence of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Social Media helps to spread African Internationalism online, and make the call for all white people to join in principled, material solidarity with Black Power and African liberation.
We’re looking for people who have a knack for social media, and know how to make and edit posts on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
If you are interested in joining the Social Media Committee, contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll put you in touch with National Outreach Chair, Carly Spurlock.
Open Positions in the Social Media subcommittee include:
Secretary: assisting the Social Media Chair with moving the work forward.
Facebook: Coordinator, content sharers, page managers, recruiters and comment moderators.
YouTube: Coordinator, content developer, comment moderators, video developers and video editors.
