White Solidarity with Black Power! USM Boston Open Meeting

January 21, 2019 @ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

**New location for MLK day since our usual meeting spot at the library is closed**
SPECIAL! Join us for outreach earlier this day from 3-5pm outside the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, followed by dinner together, both before the meeting which starts at 6:30 at Caffé Bene by the Symphony T stop. It will be our comrade Amanda Carlozzi‘s last meeting with USM Boston before she moves to St. Petersburg FL next week, the Uhuru Movement’s international headquarters! Come salute our comrade a farewell and join us for this special day of action and celebrating on Martin Luther King day.
The white community of Boston (and worldwide) is benefiting from the displacement and oppression of black and indigenous communities. Colonialism is far from over, in fact it has deepened with violent attacks on colonized communities around the world and in the US.

The Uhuru Solidarity Movement is organizing white people in Boston to stand on the side of the oppressed black community, to work under the leadership of the black poor and working class, and to build a community of accountability and reparations.

USM is an organization of white people created by the African People’s Socialist Party. Our 3 Principles of Unity are:
1) We are under the leadership of the African People’s Socialist Party
2) African people have the right to self determination & to lead their own struggle
3) We organize in the white community for reparations to African people.
