Parasitic capitalist economy crashes; black workers power is building

“The crisis of imperialism is deepening before our eyes. Every day that passes exposes more stench and rot of this dying social system… Never has the decline of imperialism exposed itself in such absolute terms.”

These words are taken from African People’s Socialist Party Chairman Omali Yeshitela’s 2014 book, “An Uneasy Equilibrium: The African Revolution versus Parasitic Capitalism.”

Chairman Omali perfectly predicted the unfolding existential crisis for white power as the COVID-19 pandemic shuts down the capitalist machine.

It’s an imperialism whose immune system is already weakened by the resistance of African and colonized peoples around the world.

The parasite is being choked by its own host.

Without being able to suck the blood of colonized people the parasite’s lungs break down, leading to systemic organ failure as the tapeworm gasps for breath without a ventilator in sight.

Add to this five weeks of national Coronavirus lockdown and parasitic capitalism is ready for one of those refrigerated trucks being used as a makeshift morgue.

The parasitic capitalist economy is “clearly in ruins”

Since the shutdown began in March more than 22 million people in the U.S. have filed for unemployment, with an expected unemployment rate of 30 percent, the highest rate since the “Great Depression” of the 1930s.

As a CNN headline stated on April 15, “The economic data is even worse than Wall Street thought: the economy is clearly in ruins here.”

According to consumer and manufacturing reports released this week, “March retail sales fell 8.7%, the most ever in government data.

New York regional manufacturing activity hit an all-time low, declining to a shocking negative 78.2 percent.”

We’re not sure what *minus* 78.2 percent in manufacturing activity even means but it sounds really bad for the parasite who called it the “worst reading of manufacturing in U.S. history.”

In fact, the manufacturing report was twice as bad as expected by the Wall Street tapeworms who have been put on constant intravenous life support by the U.S. government to the tune of $6 trillion or more during the pandemic.

Last week 10 billionaires made $51 billion as the stock market went up after weeks of a downturn.

Even so the stock market is crashing as the trillions of dollars into the stomach and pockets of the elite bankers is not enough to feed their habit or bring them back to life.

Twelve hundred dollar checks, hell! We demand the whole damn thing!

Those trillions of dollars going to Wall Street belong to us! We were kidnapped from our Motherland of Africa and forced to build this parasite’s economy with our stolen labor, genius, talents and resources.

Back in 1982 our Party held the first International Tribunal on Reparations to African People where a panel of judges ruled that the U.S. government owes us what in today’s dollars would be $14 trillion for stolen labor alone.

Reparations means it’s our money. Hand it over, parasites because we are taking you off life support forever!

Wall Street blood sucker hedge funds are now stealing the paltry $350 billion that was slated by the government to be shared by the 30 million small businesses in the U.S., most of which haven’t seen a cent of the $2 trillion so-called stimulus package passed on March 27.

88 percent of small businesses hire less than 20 people and 40 percent have less than $100,000 in revenues all of which is long gone after being forcibly closed for the past several weeks.

Bring them down!

Industrial production has declined the most since 1946 at the end of the second imperialist world war.

Auto production has declined by 29 percent this quarter as most plants have now shut down.

While the March economic reports were dire, they foretell April numbers even more dismal.

The parasite’s “Homebuilder Confidence Index,” fell the most ever recorded since it was launched 35 years ago.

Only grocery stores saw profits up by 26 percent as Walmart, Amazon, Target and others are raking in the cash at the expense of African people.

Neel Kashkari, head of the Minneapolis Federal Reserve bank predicts that the U.S. will face at least another 18 months of on and off economic shut downs in the process of getting rid of the COVID-19 virus.

This would make the “Great Depression” of the 1930s look like child’s play, as Chairman Omali summed up.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) released a statement on April 14 that the pandemic has plunged the world into a “crisis like no other.”

The IMF added that a prolonged outbreak of the virus would “test the ability of governments and central banks to control the crisis,” according to a BBC article April 14.

The New York Times groaned that “It’s the end of the world economy as we know it!”

It looks like we are watching the last gasps of this vicious parasitic system that’s definitely in a high fever.

As Chairman Omali stated, “Never has the future been so bleak for imperialism and so bright for the struggling and oppressed peoples of the world.”

Our Party launched The People’s War

At this point 70 to 100 percent of the 30,000 COVID-19 deaths in this country are African people. Indigenous people are expected to be struck by this pandemic as well.

Inside the African colony we are losing our jobs. We don’t have jobs that let you work at the house. Or we have the so-called “essential jobs” as low-paid service workers usually without protective equipment.

We are losing not just our parents and grandparents, we are losing young adults and children.

We can’t pay our rent or our mortgage. We haven’t seen a government check or the “enhanced” unemployment even if we filed weeks ago.

Our slumlords are not giving us a rent moratorium. They don’t give a damn.

We’re hungry, our children are sick and there’s no such thing as a COVID-19 test where we live.

This is why the African People’s Socialist Party calls the coronavirus the colonialvirus.

White people might be experiencing something new. For us this is just another day in Occupied America.

When the enemy halts, we harass!

We have launched The People’s War Campaign. We are not trying to keep parasitic capitalism on life support. We don’t want to make this system better.

We are killing it through organization and the leadership of the African working class.

We don’t care about “racism” the ideological underpinning of capitalism. We are fighting for and building our own African workers power. We are taking back what is ours.

We are fighting against colonialism, the political and economic domination of a whole people by a foreign and alien State power—white power.

We’ve got time on our side. Their crisis is not our problem.

We might even say we have this virus on our side. It’s helping us crash the parasitic economy. Cops are dying. U.S. military forces are dying.

We are building for ourselves now, self-determination. We are rising.

A long time ago the workers and peasants of China waged a People’s War against U.S. imperialism and parasitic capitalism. They came out victorious in 1949 because of the leadership of Chinese workers and peasants and the Chinese Communist Party.

The principles of The People’s War were laid out by their Chairman Mao back then and are echoed by Chairman Omali Yeshitela today as he brings the world revolution to the brink of victory through the leadership of the African Revolution.

Those principles are:

  • When the enemy advances, we retreat!
  • When the enemy halts, we harass!
  • When the enemy seeks to avoid battle, we attack!
  • When the enemy retreats, we pursue!
