The Boston chapter of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement organized an incredible “Days in Solidarity with African People” speaking tour event in Boston, MA last night! Boston’s DSAP event was a victory in the campaign toward “Unity Through Reparations,” which is winning more and more white people to material solidarity with African liberation and Black Power! This momentous speaking tour has already made stops in Oakland, CA and St. Petersburg, Florida and will be held in Brooklyn, NY tonight, October 18th, as hosted by the New York City branch of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement! Featured speakers include Akile Anai, member of the African People’s Socialist Party (APSP) and Chair of the Justice for the Three Drowned Black Girls (3DBG) Committee, Jesse Nevel, Chair of the Uhuru Solidarity Movement (USM), Penny Hess, Chairwoman of the African People’s Solidarity Committee (APSC), and Yejide Orunmila, President of the African National Women’s Organization.
