On Sunday, February 22nd, at 2pm Eastern time, the Uhuru Solidarity Movement will host an international, open, online and/or phone meeting of our members, supporters, contacts, and friends throughout the world to discuss the topic of the struggle of African and oppressed women for liberation and how white people can stand in solidarity with black power, freedom and justice.
RSVP BY EMAILING YOUR NAME/LOCATION TO INFO@UHURUSOLIDARITY.ORG , and you will receive the login info in advance of the meeting.
We will discuss the African People’s Socialist Party’s understanding of African Internationalism and the road to the liberation of African women and the entire African community.
How do white people fit into this struggle? What is our responsibility as the white community that has benefited historically from anti-black oppression?
This will be a great opportunity for a lively and engaging discussion.
